REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Craftsmanship is guaranteed for thirty days from the date of your purchase. If a piece of sea glass jewelry needs to be repaired due to craftsmanship we will promptly repair your jewelry at no cost. Please email us prior to any return shipment. We are not liable for glass breakage, or normal wear and tear. If you choose to return the item for refund, due to craftsmanship, we will promptly refund you 100% including all shipping fees .

Returns other than craftsmanship must be returned within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you the cost of the piece.  Customer pays all shipping fees for refunds, UNLESS DUE TO CRAFTSMANSHIP. Custom orders or Custom Alterations for sea glass jewelry are not eligible for Refunds (unless defective craftsmanship). You may request an exchange. All returns must be in the original gift box (no tape) and packed in a secure method of shipment. Insurance is recommended, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages by the postal service. A copy of your invoice must be included with an explanation for the return.
