Sea Glass Jewelry By Tears Of The Sea accepts major credit card payments via "PAYPAL", a secure online method of paying for your new purchase. Is is not necessary to have a paypal account in order to make your payment, you may also pay directly through "PAYPAL" using your credit card or debit card. Personal checks and money orders are accepted, however this method of payment may take up to 10 business days to clear. Returned checks or money orders will be charged a $25.00 service fee.

All paid jewelry orders will be promptly shipped within 48 hours by the USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 within the United States. No international orders are accepted at this time. This flat rate shipping rate includes priority delivery within 2 to 3 business days, insurance, delivery confirmation, and our own personal gift wrapping.

Size Adjustments

We offer free custom sizing when you place your jewelry order for one of our sea glass jewelry or beach stone jewelry designs. This is complimentary at the time your order is placed and prior to shipment. If you order a piece of jewelry at the size specified on our website or a size you have requested and it does not fit, you may return the jewelry to us for an adjustment. A fee of $25.00 will be incurred which includes our labor time, materials and shipment.

We highly suggest that you carefully package your return for a size adjustment and insure the shipment. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged packages that you return to us.

Return Policy

Craftsmanship is guaranteed for thirty days from the date of your purchase. If a piece of sea glass jewelry needs to be repaired due to craftsmanship we will promptly repair your jewelry at no cost. Please email us prior to any return shipment. We are not liable for glass breakage, or normal wear and tear. If you choose to return the item for refund, due to craftsmanship, we will promptly refund you 100% including all shipping fees.

Returns other than craftsmanship must be returned within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you the cost of the piece. Customer pays all shipping fees for refunds, UNLESS DUE TO CRAFTSMANSHIP. Custom orders or Custom Alterations for sea glass jewelry are not eligible for Refunds (unless defective craftsmanship). You may request an exchange. All returns must be in the original gift box (no tape) and packed in a secure method of shipment. Insurance is recommended, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages by the postal service. A copy of your invoice must be included with an explanation for the return.
